Traditional  ceremonies with medicine power plants from Ecuador (Ayawaska- San pedro) and sweat lodges( Temazcal) with shamans in a safe and  beautiful environment. Our Shamans are highly trained and speak fluent english, spanish and french. Our shamanic Medicine Retreat in Ayampe Ecuador, is a great introduction to working with the sacred medicine plants with over 7 ceremonies, giving you the opportunity to connect fully with this plants for spiritual growth and healing.

This shamanic  retreat with power medicine plants is a unique opportunity to participate in ancient practices which include: Traditional ceremony with medicine plants(Ayawasca- San Pedro), sweat lodges, shamanic journey, individual Healings and cleanses, nature walks and more.

Shamanic practices have the powerful ability to restore the connection to nature and offer a unique type of healing that reaches deep levels of our being.

Our food is mostly vegetarian, all is prepared with a knowledge of tropical cuisine and its health giving qualities. All is fresh, healthy and nourishing for the body, mind and soul.

Meet the shamans

Aime Bertot

Born in France, he grew up between Guyana and Martinique and in the year 99 arrived in South America in search of ancestral traditions and power plants. In 2000 he met the sacred fire of Itzachilatlan and began his initiatory journey.

He is now a Medicine Man of the Sacred Fire of Itzachilatlan,  Vision quester, sun dancer and canupa charger. He has been granted blessings by elders to run  sweat lodges (Temazcales), Traditional Circles and Medicine Ceremonies. His commitment is to share the sacred medicines of Mother Earth to all the people who feel this call for their healing and spiritual awakening, in a sacred, traditional and safe enviroment. Aime performs traditional shamanic cleansings, reiki and therapeutic massages. He also has studies and experience in permaculture and bio construction. He speak fluent French, english and spanish.

Born in Colombia, in 97 she arrived in the United States where she connected with ancestral traditions and families in North American Tribes where she was introduced to shamanism. These guides were those who accompanied and guided her path very closely, complementing and assisting her development in the spiritual sciences.

Initiated and certified With Drunvalo Melchizedek in studies in Sacred Geometry. Studied at the mystery school Yotolon , Hermetic sciences, neo-shamanism,  and directed the female part of the school for the last 6 years developing a branch of study called the Technology of the womb. Quantum-holonomic healer, reiki master and Egyptian numerologist.Mayan calendar expert and  Founder of the Daughters of Gaia Ma.foundation in Mia fl.

Hwaneetah Works in the ceremonies with Aime, supporting with traditional prayer-songs, incense and holding the feminine energy in the  sacred space of ceremony. Also  Performs  individual healing therapies with Sacred Geometry.

Wipala

He is been in charge of the grandfather fire in Sun and Star Dances in Urcupacha. In charge of the fire in several vision quests in Urcupacha, Chanupa holder, Vision quest finisher, Holder of the Fire cleansing Altar, Medicine Man of the FSI (Fuego Sagrado de Izachilatlan), Blessing to run Sweat Lodge, works with Traditional massage  and sweat box therapy.

DAY ONE

  • Arrival
  • Introduction to the program and the team
  • 5 pm Welcome Ceremony: Cleansing with incense, opening of Directions, Offering with tabacco
  • Introduction to liquid Tabacco medicine – (shingar tabacco)
  • 6 pm TEMAZCAL- SWEATLODGE ceremony
  • Vegetarian Welcome Dinner

DAY TWO

  • Breakfast and free  morning
  • 12:30 pm Light lunch
  • 3:30 pm Introductory Talk to AYAWASCA and Tabacco Medicine
  • 4:30 pm Pranic Breathing Techniques (Practical tools for use during ceremonies and Sweatlodges)
  • 7pm First Medicine Ceremony (AYAWASKA)

DAY THREE

  • Breakfast and post-ceremony Meeting (feed back)  sacred Word Circle
  • 12:30 pm Lunch
  • 3:30 pm Shamanic Journey (acoustic live drums flutes, native instruments and native songs)
  • 5:30 pm  SWEATLODGE – TEMAZCAL and shingada of Tabacco
  • Dinner

DAY FOUR

  • Breakfast
  • Turisitic Activities or extras (shamanic cleanse, healing therapies with sacred geometry, yoga, Beach, surfing, nature walks among others)
  • 2 pm Lunch
  • 3:30 pm Introductory talk to the Medicine  Power plant  AWAKOLLA and to the altar of the half moon.
  • 9 pm AWAKOLLA ceremony with (Temazcal) Sweatlodge at dawn

DAY FIVE

  • SWEATLODGE ceremony (Temazcal) at  Dawn
  • Ocean Offering
  • Picnic Brunch on the beach
  • Light dinner

DAY SIX

  • Breakfast
  • Post-ceremonyMeeting (Feed back) Sacred Word Circle

DAY EIGHT

  • 10pm  Condor-Eagle Medicine ceremony ocean side (Ayawasca-San pedro)

  • End of Ceremony – Beach Day

DAY TEN

  • Breakfast and post-ceremony Meeting (feed back)  sacred Word Circle.
  • Group Preparation of Pachamanca (a traditional form of cooking in the ground, under a fire. It comes from  the   Quechua tradition, it literally means food from sacred earth.
  • Farewell Ceremony: Cleansing with incense, closing of directions, Offering with tabacco
  • Festin PACHAMANCA
